Shipping & Delivery Times:

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive at different times to ensure faster delivery.  

During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days, so please allow extra time for delivery. In rare cases of significant delays, we’ll contact you via email or phone.  

- Delivery to the UK & US: Typically takes 2-10 business days, though some products may take up to 15-20 days.  

- Special Products: Items like print-on-demand products may have longer production and shipping times, which can extend beyond the estimated timeline shown at checkout.  

 

High-Value Orders (Over $2000) 

For high-ticket or heavy items priced above $1000-$2000, we may contact you via email or phone to confirm your order before shipping. Some items may require additional assembly or shipping time, and we’ll ensure you’re aware of the process and wait times before delivery begins.  

 

How to Track Your Package 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website (e.g., UPS, USPS) or universal tracking platforms like 17track.net.  

 

What If My Order Is Delayed?  

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately with your order number. You can reach us at orders@glimot.com or through our Contact Us page.  

 

What If My Product Arrives Damaged?  

If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo and email it to hello@glimot.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the damaged item as soon as possible. 

 

Can I Return a Product for a Refund? 

Yes! We offer a 7-day return policy. If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at hello@glimot.com, through our Contact Us page, or via your account.  

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, your refund will be processed automatically.  

 

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. Please place separate orders for each address.  

 

Do You Offer Free Delivery?  

Yes! We offer free delivery for orders totaling #99.99 or more.
